網絡機柜的側板風扇，應該選擇大型低速的進風風扇。網絡機柜頂部的風扇，位置應盡量靠后。風扇設計中的一個常見問題，就是不為風扇安裝過濾網，這樣會使電磁屏蔽性能下降，同時也會使風扇積灰。

卡式結構雖然方便，但這種設計的大問題就在于它對配件的尺寸公差要求比較嚴格，不像螺 釘結構那樣允許配件有的“錯位”，如果強行裝上，會帶來配件變形的隱患。
