1.電線與插座接觸不良

在所有接觸不良火災原因中,插座處電線短接電阻過大引起的火災居一位。電氣線路的連接處,若存在接點接觸松弛,接點間的電壓足以擊穿空氣間隙形成電弧,迸出火花,點燃附近的可燃物形成火災。這種情況還會導致電壓異常,所以有時電器使用時會有反應,卻不能正常使用也可能是其使用的插座接觸不良的原因。

電線接頭雖然用膠布之類的處理過,但可能會因為發(fā)熱等問題導致膠布老化,如果在同- -位置多過一個接頭存在也會更容易造成短路、 漏電等問題存在。

有個別電器由于設備違反接線方式、連接不牢,或維護保養(yǎng)不良,或長期運行過程中在接頭處產(chǎn)生導電不良的氧化膜,或接頭因振動、熱的作用等,使連結處發(fā)生松動、氧化造成接觸電阻過大。

一,導線接觸點劇烈發(fā)熱,增加接觸點的電阻從而加劇了發(fā)熱。

二,導線發(fā)熱會造成接觸點附近的導線外部塑料絕緣材料受熱,大大地降低它的絕緣能力,造成漏電。

三，如果電線的銅芯線劇烈發(fā)熱而熔融。則電線會斷裂。斷裂時會產(chǎn)“生電弧,并進一步破壞絕綠 ,使得漏電加劇,引起電線對地短路。我們把它叫做單相接地故障。
