二、當殼體檢查完后，我們就開始領每臺柜子的元器件準備裝配了， 在裝配之前，我們還要對各元器件進行二次檢查（收貨時次檢查），看是否有不合格的產品。

三、將每一個元器件按照圖紙的步驟一步一步裝配到MNS2.0開關柜中。

四、不同的柜型有不同的裝配工藝，比較難裝配的是抽屜柜中的每一個抽屜，因為抽屜柜分很多單元，每一個單元的尺寸不同，元器件大小也不同。這就需要裝配工有一定的生產工藝水平了。

五、裝配完成后，我們會有車間檢驗員對每臺柜子進行檢查，包括螺絲是否擰緊，一批次開關柜內的接線是否一致；機械聯鎖是否正常、抽屜是否方便關合；指示燈、按鈕和導線顏色是否符合規范；銘牌、警告標志內容等位置正確等。

5、 After the assembly, we will have workshop inspectors conduct all-round inspection on each cabinet, including whether the screws are tightened and whether the wiring in a batch of switchgear is consistent; Whether the mechanical interlocking is normal and whether the drawer is easy to close; Whether the colors of indicator lights, buttons and wires meet the specifications; The contents of nameplates and warning signs are correct.

六、后一步就是出廠前調試了，此項工作由售后工程師們完成。根據國標要求，進行每一項出廠前試驗檢測。包括外觀試驗（電氣間隙、爬電距離、絕緣電阻測試等）；通電試驗，按電氣原理圖要求，接通設計規定的電源模擬動作，進行出廠前各項測試。各項要求都符合后，方可打包出廠。保證每一批次得潤電氣出廠的MNS2.0低壓柜到達項目現場安裝完成后通過現場簡單的運行調試就可以使用了。
